The Route

Twickenham to Fishguard - 439 Km

After celebrating the England Ireland match in traditional style the team have a gentle start to Stage 4, with just 46km taking them to Charvil. It’s short relief though - on Day Two the distance they have to cover is almost three times as long with 126km of cycling from Charvil to Old Sodbury in Avon. On day three the team leave England for Wales, cycling 80km to Cardiff then 113km to Carmarthen and 73km to Fishguard. Here they get the ferry to Ireland.
